Rules for using the Fakturium app.

Last updated: May 9, 2026. By using the Fakturium application you accept the following terms.

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Decision Interface (operating under the Fakturium brand). For formal matters contact us.

2. What the service covers

Fakturium is a web application that enables:

  • Issuing VAT invoices compliant with Polish law.
  • Sending invoices to the Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF).
  • Archiving invoices and downloading them in PDF and XML formats.
  • Integrations with warehouse systems (depending on plan).

3. Account creation

You create an account by entering an email address — we send a login link. We don't require a payment card while you're on the Free plan.

By using the app you declare that you are over 18 years old and run a business or act on behalf of a company.

4. Payments

Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Business, Enterprise) are billed monthly. The first payment is collected when you choose a plan — subsequent ones on the first day of each following month.

All prices in the price list are net. We add 23% VAT to each amount.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription in the panel at any time. We only charge for the current month — no notice period, no hidden fees.

After cancellation you have 90 days to download all your invoices. After that time, the account and data are permanently deleted (except invoices, which we must archive for 5 years per Polish VAT Act).

6. Our liability

We strive to maintain application availability at 99.9% (on Business and Enterprise plans — 99.95%). We are not responsible for KSeF outages on the Ministry of Finance side, nor for the consequences of data you enter incorrectly.

If due to our fault you cannot issue an invoice within the required deadline, we refund a proportional part of the monthly fee.

7. Complaints

Submit complaints by email — contact us. We respond within 14 business days.

8. Governing law

In matters not covered by these terms, Polish law applies. Disputes are settled by the court competent for the service provider's registered office.
