How we process your data.

The controller of your personal data is Decision Interface (operating under the Fakturium brand). For privacy matters contact us.

We only collect data necessary for the app to function:

• Email address — for login and account communication.
• Company data — name, tax ID (NIP), address, bank account — required to issue invoices.
• Client data — entered by you when issuing invoices.
• Invoice content — line items, amounts, dates, KSeF statuses.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser type, visit time (for security).

• Providing the invoice issuing and KSeF sending service (legal basis: contract performance).
• Account handling and service-related communication.
• Fulfilling legal obligations — storing invoices for the period required by the Polish VAT Act (5 years from end of tax year).
• Ensuring application security and detecting abuse.

Data is shared only with entities with whom we have data processing agreements:

• Supabase Inc. — database storage (EU servers).
• Vercel Inc. — application hosting (EU servers).
• Polish Ministry of Finance (KSeF) — sending invoices to the official state system.

• Invoices — 5 years from end of tax year (Polish VAT Act requirement).
• Account data — for the duration of app usage plus 90 days after cancellation (to allow data export).
• Technical logs — 12 months.

You can at any time:

• Download all your data (data portability right).
• Correct incorrect or incomplete data.
• Request data deletion (subject to statutory invoice archiving obligations).
• File a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (uodo.gov.pl).
